Would you like to be a guest on the Serious Leisure podcast?

Do you have a hobby that you would like to talk about on our podcast? We are always delighted to hear from people who have a story to tell about their leisure activity!

Perhaps your hobby helped you through a difficult time, opened up new experiences and relationships or changed the way you work. Maybe your leisure pursuits have evolved as you have entered different life stages or changed circumstances.

Who are we looking for?

We are always particularly keen to hear from people who have picked up a new activity as an adult, but don’t exclude yourself if your leisure pursuit is lifelong!

Our podcast focuses especially on the experiences of people working in Higher Education. This means we are looking for guests who hold any role at any level, but in the Higher Education sector.

What do I need to know?

You will need to be comfortable with sharing your story across international podcasting platforms and we will ask you to sign a GDPR (data privacy) declaration confirming this when the final version of the episode has been edited and you are comfortable with the content.

We record most of our episodes in using online tools so you won’t have to travel to participate but you will need access to a computer with a camera, good working microphone  (in-built is fine) and headphones.
